Privacy
Site Square is run by Riley Brothers Construction Ltd, trading as RB Construction Apps, in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. We collect as little as we can, and we handle it under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Your email and billing details when you subscribe. Stripe holds your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your subscription status, so the app knows you’ve paid.
- Messages you send us through the contact form — your name, email, and message.
What stays on your device
Your jobs, shapes, and measurements are saved in your browser on your own device. They are not sent to us. If you clear your browser data or lose the device, they’re gone — export a job file to keep a copy.
How we use it
To run your subscription, send receipts, unlock the app on your devices, and reply to you. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else handles it
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Netlify — hosts the website and app, and receives contact form messages.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces, which shares your IP address with Google.
These services may store information outside New Zealand. We use them because they have strong security and privacy protections.
How long we keep it
Billing records are kept for 7 years, as New Zealand tax law requires. Contact messages are deleted once they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email rileybrothersconstruction@gmail.com. If you’re not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
